Roles & Responsibility-

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
Process orders & sending quotations.
Coordination with Designers, Production & Logistics Team.
Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure smooth Delivery
Customer satisfaction & maintain rapport for future business.

0-2 yeaa experience in BPO / Tele-calling/ Tele Marketing / Tele Sales/ Customer Service. (UAE or home country Experience)
