Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong experience in the insurance industry

  • Good understanding of insurance products

  • Must have a strong client portfolio

  • Experience in managing client relationships and servicing existing accounts

  • Leadership or team-handling experience will be an added advantage

  • MBA (preferably in Insurance / related specialization) with  Insurance certification preferred

  • Candidates with proven sales performance, strong market network, and portfolio handling experience will be given priority.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a competitive industry, showcasing a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Sales certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar credentials are highly regarded.
  • Experience in the technology or software sector is a significant advantage, given the complexity of the products.

  • Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages can be a strong asset for international sales.
