Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Food Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, cafeterias, and food distributors.

  • Promote and sell Delta Way’s canned food products and other food items to new and existing customers.

  • Build strong relationships with retail buyers and wholesale clients.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets based on agreed commission structure.

  • Expand product placement in relevant sales channels.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with customers.

  • Follow up on customer orders, collections, and repeat business.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Provide pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.

  • Assist in introducing new food products based on market demand.

Performance Focus:

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English are essential.

  • Proven prior sales experience within the relevant industry is essential.

  • Strong understanding and practical knowledge of the UAE market is required.

  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

  • Performance-focused mindset with strong motivation for commission and incentive-based earnings.

  • Commission-based income linked directly to sales performance.

  • Performance bonuses for exceeding targets.
