Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers for printer cartridges (inkjet, laser, original and compatible).
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Present, promote, and sell printer cartridge products using strong product knowledge and sales techniques.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
Negotiate prices, terms, and closing sales agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales report
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (preferably in printer cartridges, IT consumables, or office supplies).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Basic understanding of printers and cartridge types (OEM, compatible, remanufactured) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
