Roles & Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Conduct market research and surveys to identify opportunities in freight forwarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Arrange appointments and meetings to present company services and negotiate contracts
  • Prepare tailored proposals and solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Generate revenue through proactive sales efforts and closing deals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
  • Provide market intelligence to management to support growth strategies
