Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive at JSS Dream Real Estate, you will be responsible for driving sales across both Off-Plan and Secondary markets. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and client consultation to property viewings and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source and generate new real estate leads (Buyers and Sellers).
Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations to clients.
Present off-plan projects and secondary market properties to potential clients with in-depth knowledge and professionalism.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Manage the transaction process from initial inquiry to final sales agreement.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a high-net-worth clientele.
Stay updated on current RERA rules and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile: We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a proven track record of success in UAE real estate sales.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the UAE real estate market.
Current and valid RERA certification (RERA Certified).
Currently based in the UAE.
Proven expertise in both Off-Plan and Secondary real estate markets.
Preferred Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Strong knowledge of Dubai (or specific UAE area) real estate laws and procedures.
High energy level, strong work ethic, and a results-oriented mindset.
A valid UAE driving license and own car (optional but highly recommended).
