Job Title: Sales Executive

Reporting to the Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving company revenue, maintaining healthy profit margins, and helping us expand our footprint in the PropTech and real estate sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales cycle from discovery through to contract signature, ensuring a smooth and professional buyer journey.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to each prospect’s needs and pain points.
  • Prepare and present proposals, handle objections, and negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Sales Executives (SDRs) to ensure seamless lead handover and qualification.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting pipelines and reporting on sales metrics.
  • Work with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with the UAE property market and familiarity with regional real estate dynamics.
  • 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally selling PropTech, SaaS, or real estate technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end sales cycles and consistently meeting quotas.
  • Strong consultative sales approach, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in English and Urdu/Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and skilled at managing multiple opportunities at once.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills :

  • 3 years of professional sales experience in a SaaS or Subscription environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Multilingual – Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, German.
