Support customers with flights, visas, and holiday inquiries while building a strong sales pipeline. This entry level role focuses on quick response, accurate information, and high conversion. You will handle inbound leads, do follow ups, prepare quotes, and learn ticketing and basic GDS tasks under senior guidance. Handle customer inquiries across phone WhatsApp email and walk ins and provide clear timely responses. Create and send quotes for flights visas and holidays and follow up until closure. Update CRM with lead status activities and notes with complete accuracy. Coordinate with senior consultants to issue bookings and resolve simple service requests. Work within a hybrid workflow powered by AI tools to speed up search and quoting. Maintain the brand tone of voice and deliver a friendly professional experience.
