Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Present, promote, and sell real estate properties and related services to prospective clients Generate and qualify new leads through networking, cold calling, and online research Schedule and conduct property presentations and viewings Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales process Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business Stay updated on Dubai’s property market, trends, and competitor activities Requirements:
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in sales is an advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-presented Ability to build strong relationships with clients Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office is a plus UAE experience preferred but not mandatory
