Job Purpose : The incumbent is responsible for expanding market reach, maintaining customer relationships, and ensure efficient sales and order management.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Track sales performance and contribute to target-setting activities.
• Provide management with insights on market opportunities and business growth.
