Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover emerging trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience is essential for success.
Sales certifications such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) can enhance credibility.
Experience in Real Estate sales is highly desirable due to the nature of our products.
