Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads
Present logistics solutions to prospective clients
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Prepare and deliver sales presentations
Negotiate contracts and close deals
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service execution
Monitor client payments and collections
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Follow company policies and ethical standards
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of UAE experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales .
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Strong understanding of the UAE logistics market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
