Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute sales plans and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Present product offers and negotiates deals to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitors, providing regular reports and insights.
- Coordinate with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Contribute to improving customer experience and increasing brand loyalty
- 3 5 years of proven experience in the homeware industry (preferably in cookware).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- An existing customer network in the same field is an advantage
