Roles & Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you ll play a key role in growing our business by developing strong customer relationships and offering smart, reliable logistics solutions. You ll work closely with our pricing and operations teams, because here, sales is never on its own.

What You ll Be Doing:

  • Build and grow a solid customer portfolio within freight forwarding and logistics
  • Sell end-to-end logistics solutions (FCL, LCL, Air Freight, and related services)
  • Prepare and follow up on competitive quotations and close deals with confidence
  • Work hand-in-hand with operations and pricing to deliver smooth shipments
  • Maintain long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and service quality
  • Actively contribute ideas and energy to a collaborative team culture
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

What We re Looking For:

  • Experience in sales within a freight forwarding or logistics company
  • Solid understanding of import/export operations, shipping processes, and Incoterms
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A team-first mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Self-motivated, organized, and genuinely enjoys working with people
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
