Job Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to drive adoption of the Mogtamee application among property management companies, developers, owners associations and facility management firms.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate and facility management sectors.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase app features.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product features, benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and updates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, events or client meetings.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, software or real estate tech.
  • Familiarity with property management or facility management sectors is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently..
