Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base for STAY STRONG s HR solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of STAY STRONG s offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and align with the Five A s model.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance service offerings and address market demands.
  • Participate in networking events, webinars, and industry conferences to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the HR or professional services sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
