Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Duties
- Execute territory sales plans to achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets.
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits, follow-ups, and account reviews.
- Provide ongoing customer support including product installations and training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal and distributor teams to ensure successful execution of business plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 2 4 years of experience in medical diagnostics sales.
- Experience in the KSA healthcare system (MOH, Private sector).
- Strong communication, presentation and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues effectively.
- Ability to deliver product training and support product implementation activities.
- Laboratory experience is preferred.
