Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage and execute real estate sales and marketing operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Present professional proposals and close sales effectively.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor the real estate market and analyze competitors.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Lebanese nationality, university graduate.
Proven experience of at least 5 years in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
Previous experience in the GCC market (especially Kuwait) is a plus.
