Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company s cosmetic products to retail and wholesale clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by management.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients as needed.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the marketing team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Well-groomed and knowledgeable about beauty and skincare trends.
  • Valid driver s license is a plus.
