Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company s cosmetic products to retail and wholesale clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives as set by management.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for clients as needed.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Well-groomed and knowledgeable about beauty and skincare trends.
- Valid driver s license is a plus.
