We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our retail team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:


Greet, assist, and guide customers through the buying process, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.


Achieve and exceed store sales targets.


Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively present, demonstrate, and recommend items to customers.


Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide tailored solutions.


Ensure proper merchandising, display, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.


Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system.


Stay updated on promotions, offers, and new product arrivals.


Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.


Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and participating in stock counts.


Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and maintain a high standard of service.
