Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Executive at Hospitality Pillars is responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting the company s hospitality training, consultancy, and solutions services, and building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality organizations. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and positioning Hospitality Pillars as a trusted partner in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients (hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering companies, training centers)
  • Promote Hospitality Pillars services (training programs, consultancy, recruitment support, audits, and hospitality solutions)
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized training packages
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Coordinate with trainers and operations team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Attend hospitality events, exhibitions, and networking activities
  • Monitor market trends and competitors in the hospitality sector
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry (hotels, F&B, tourism)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2 5 years of sales experience (preferably in hospitality, training, or services sector)
  • Existing network in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
