Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to existing and potential clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field activities
Present, promote, and sell company products or services to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Negotiate prices, terms, and closing conditions in line with company policies
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and activity updates
Follow up on quotations, payments, and after-sales support when required
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or in a similar field sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
Good knowledge of the local market and customer base
