Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new restaurants and non-grocery marketplace vendors to join the platform.
- Clearly communicate the platform s offering, commission model, and partnership benefits.
- Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with prospective partners.
- Maintain a healthy and updated pipeline to achieve acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and content teams to ensure timely activation of new vendors.
- Conduct regular market visits to scout, pitch, and sign new partners.
- Track and record all sales activity using internal tools and CRM systems.
- Provide market feedback to the commercial and product teams to improve acquisition strategies.
- Ensure newly signed partners are set up for success by supporting their launch and early performance.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or tech sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
- High level of self-motivation and goal orientation.
- Ability to handle fieldwork and conduct in-person meetings with business owners.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Optional/Preferred Skills:
- Existing network within the restaurant industry is a plus.
- Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
- Understanding of partner onboarding processes and commission structures.
Desired Candidate Profile
