Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new restaurants and non-grocery marketplace vendors to join the platform.
  • Clearly communicate the platform s offering, commission model, and partnership benefits.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with prospective partners.
  • Maintain a healthy and updated pipeline to achieve acquisition targets.
  • Coordinate with the onboarding and content teams to ensure timely activation of new vendors.
  • Conduct regular market visits to scout, pitch, and sign new partners.
  • Track and record all sales activity using internal tools and CRM systems.
  • Provide market feedback to the commercial and product teams to improve acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure newly signed partners are set up for success by supporting their launch and early performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or tech sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and goal orientation.
  • Ability to handle fieldwork and conduct in-person meetings with business owners.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Optional/Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network within the restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
  • Understanding of partner onboarding processes and commission structures.
