Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Attend the customer’s queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Improve the number of remittances by reaching out more people.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closing, follow up and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new remittance products and services opportunities, special developments, information’s, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Suggest the company’s products (remittance) and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, banking & finance events.
• Coordinate with staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
• Develop and implement special service & activities to reduce complains
• Assists in the implementation of Company marketing plans as needed, events planning, organization and execution.
• Focus on both NEC business growth and client retention.
• Use email, ad words and other electronic marketing techniques to inform customers of new products and generate sales.
• Ensure in market and raise the profile of the other products and services.
• Develop strategies and deliver excellent sales and after sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Management. Skills:
• Strong attention to detail, fully customer centric and commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
• Should be knowledgeable in Computer (MS Word/ Excel / Power point etc.)
• Should be fluent in English speaking and writing skills
• Must be flexible in duty timing
