Roles & Responsibilities
What s On Your Plate?
- Identify and acquire new restaurant and retail partners through field sales, cold calling, and networking
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, referrals, and market mapping to build a strong sales pipeline
- Present talabat s value proposition and negotiate commercial agreements
- Onboard new partners and ensure a smooth integration into the platform
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to drive long-term collaboration
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (account management, marketing, operations) to ensure partner success
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or technology startups.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus (e.g., Salesforce).
- Fluency in English.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
