Roles & Responsibilities
Do you love coffee, enjoy talking to people, and know how to sell with confidence? We’re looking for a Sales Associate who is passionate about coffee and tea and has a strong sales mindset to join our specialty coffee store. What You’ll Do: • Engage customers and create a welcoming in-store experience • Sell premium coffee beans, teas, and related products • Share product knowledge, brewing tips, and recommendations • Meet and exceed sales targets • Maintain store presentation and product displays
Desired Candidate Profile
What We’re Looking For: • Proven sales experience (retail or specialty food/beverage preferred) • Genuine passion for coffee, tea, and artisan products • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to upsell and build lasting customer relationships • Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
