Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Market Development • Visit open markets, retail shops, and distributors daily to generate sales. • Promote company products, explain features, and close orders. • Track pricing, competitor activity, demand trends, and share weekly market updates. • Expand customer base by identifying new buyers and sales routes. • Support Branch Manager in meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key trade partners. • Handle customer queries promptly and escalate issues when necessary. • Ensure good after-sales follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction. Operational Support • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock availability and timely deliveries. • Help prepare sales reports, route plans, and daily activity summaries. • Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and market feedback. Merchandising & Brand Visibility • Ensure correct product display in shops and markets. • Monitor branding materials and point-of-sale items, and report shortfalls.
