Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Prospect and acquire new clients in key sectors: oil & gas, EPC projects, chemicals, FMCG, and heavy industries.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, to closing deals.

Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for strategy improvement.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline forecasts.

Represent the company at industry networking events, trade shows, and client meetings in Oman.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and Omani regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic academic degree.

2 4 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain (Oman/GCC market preferred).

Strong network of potential clients in import/export, EPC, or industrial sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Arabic and English.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.

Valid Omani driving license preferred.
