Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell radiators and related products to retail, workshop, and fleet customers.
  • Identify new clients, markets, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and deliveries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical support and after-sales service.
  • Maintain an updated record of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and accounts teams for order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 2–8 years of sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry, preferably radiators or cooling system products.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts distribution and retail market in Oman.
  • Valid UAE or Oman driving license is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
