Sales Executive

Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, margin) and develop account plans for assigned territories/customer segments.

Prospect and develop new customers and channels (aftermarket, distributors, OEMs); qualify leads and maintain pipeline in CRM.

Manage full sales cycle: quotations, technical clarification, negotiation, order confirmation, contract management, and handover to operations for execution.

Prepare commercial proposals, price calculations, and negotiate terms within approved limits; secure internal approvals as required.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer, opportunity and forecast information; provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics to ensure order specifications, production schedules and delivery lead-times meet customer requirements.

Support credit control and finance on customer payment terms, collections escalation, and invoicing queries.

Conduct market and competitor intelligence; identify pricing trends, product feedback and opportunities for new product/market development.

Represent the company at client meetings, technical discussions, trade shows and site visits; provide product/company presentations as needed.

Promote company HSE and quality standards in dealings with customers and internal teams.

Contribute to sales & commercial strategy, pricing policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
