Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Proactively market the company products to increase sales volume and profitability, and to achieve or exceed set targets and goals.

Strive to be mindful of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for branch performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes.

Ensure customer satisfaction all times and resolve customer complaints timely and effectively.

Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and Compliance function as and when required.

Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with branch customers.

Act as the first point of contact for customers, especially for telephone or e-mail queries, and provide information about various products and services offered by the company.

Perform certain customer related tasks such as finance/ lease deals process, customer data maintenance, PDCs handling etc.

Assist customers in filling out various forms and applications as requested.

Receive finance/ lease applications from customers and prepare the corresponding lease agreements.

Carry out assigned clerical tasks when necessary.

Refer to Branch Manager for any unresolved queries on transactions handled.

Identify related areas for professional development of self and act to enhance professional development.

Ensures high standards of confidentiality and ethics to safeguard commercially sensitive information.

Display a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times.

Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.

All other ad hoc duties/or activities related to National Finance the line manager request the employee from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma and Equivalent

Graduate within a business or finance field may be preferred

At least 3 years experience in financial services, with at least 1 years in a sales area.

Good oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferable).

Time management, communication and customer service skills.

Good Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
