Job Description:

A leading 5-star resort in Qatar is looking for a Sales Executive to join its dynamic team. This role requires a proactive and client-oriented individual with experience in the GCC hospitality sector. The ideal candidate should be confident in building and maintaining client relationships, and able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and promote the resorts services

  • Manage relationships with clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies

  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

  • Prepare and follow up on sales proposals, contracts, and correspondence

  • Maintain an accurate database of client contacts and sales activities

  • Represent the property at local and regional events or trade shows as required

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of GCC experience in hospitality or hotel/resort sales

  • Fluent in English; Russian speakers, Arabic speakers, and Filipinos currently based in Qatar are encouraged to apply

  • A team player with a customer-focused mindset

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities

  • Able to work independently and under pressure
