Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in logistics, frieght forwarding industry. Manages the intersection of sales operations and supply chain management, driving revenue bybr> acquiring clients while ensuring efficient, timely product delivery. Key responsibilities include securingbr> new business, negotiating freight rates, managing inventory, and coordinating with logistics teams.br> They maintain client relationships, process orders, and ensure accurate, cost-effective shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition & Care: Finding new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring high servicebr> levels to drive sales volume .br> Logistics Coordination: Managing the end-to-end process from order receipt to final delivery, includingbr> coordinating with warehousing and transport providers.br> Negotiation & Sales: Providing quotes, negotiating prices and contract terms with customers andbr> carriers.br> Documentation & Compliance: Preparing shipping documents, invoices, and ensuring compliance withbr> customs regulations.br> Operational Optimization: Monitoring inventory levels, tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery,br> and resolving delivery issues.br> Reporting & Analysis: Using data to forecast demand, analyze performance, and meet sales/budgetbr> targets.

Qatar Driving license is required
