Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Promote and sell products to existing and prospective HORECA customers through distributors
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution partners
Ensure product availability and market coverage across assigned territories
Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities
Prepare quotations, respond to enquiries, and follow up on orders on a daily basis
Track and achieve assigned sales targets
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and ensure alignment with customer demand
Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, factory) to ensure timely delivery and customization
Follow up on payments and ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
Functional
Strong understanding of sales operations and distribution management
Experience in HORECA, hospitality, or related sectors
Ability to manage both new business development and existing accounts
Good knowledge of sales forecasting and reporting
Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills
Behavioural
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
Well-organized with attention to detail

Our Ideal Match
Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales & Marketing is a plus)
2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in HORECA or hospitality
Experience in indoor sales and distributor management
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Strong motivation and proven track record in achieving sales targets
