Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking to hire enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives – Calling, who will be responsible for engaging with potential leads, explaining our educational products, and converting them into customers. Candidates with prior experience in EdTech or telesales will be given preference.

Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents from the lead database. Counsel and convince them about our products (courses, services, platforms, etc.). Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets. Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Maintain proper records of customer interactions in CRM tools. Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in EdTech, Telesales, or B2C sales preferred. Strong communication and convincing skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales. Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems. Freshers with excellent spoken English/Hindi are welcome.
