Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for cement and ready-mix concrete products within the assigned territory.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, developers, and construction companies, to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, cold calling, and networking to expand the customer base and market share.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of the products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications in sales or construction materials is a plus.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the cement or ready-mix concrete industry.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the construction industry, including construction methods, materials, and processes.
