Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Promote airline services to travel agencies, corporate clients, and other potential customers within the domestic market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and preferences.
- Monitor sales performance and financial metrics to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Analyse sales data and market feedback to identify opportunities for revenue optimization and cost reduction.
- Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to stimulate sales and increase revenue.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Saudi Market sales.
- Experience in the airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre or LCC system) or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowhow of Jeddah travel agencies.
- Knowledge of the domestic travel market and industry trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
