Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is essential in driving revenue growth and supporting our commitment to excellence in serving various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research and networking to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the ERP system.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for achieving results.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with industry standards and practices related to manufacturing and sales.

Experience in steel manufacturing or a related industry.

Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.

Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
