Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating customer awareness of Resal products.

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers via phone, email, and face to face.

  • Present products and services to potential customers to aid in closing sales.

  • Closing deals in terms of following up the contract (invoice) from receiving till the sign.

  • Demonstrating product features, pricing, availability, and benefits to customers.

  • Update the sales manager on the entire customer journey through official channels as determined by the sales manager (Microsoft App, HubSpot, Basecamp, email, phone).

  • Maintain and expand client database & pipeline within your assigned territory.

  • Maintain proper records & reports in accordance with the sales management process.

  • Researching the products of competitors and identifying opportunities to increase sales.

Job specification:

  • Degree qualification preferably in marketing.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in sales.

  • Ability to work under sales and target pressure.

  • preferably previously worked on CRM and microsoft.
