Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The candidate should have proven experience in construction sales, preferably in MEP, HVAC, Fire & Safety systems.

The company is a gas contracting firm based in Sharjah, executing projects in coordination with SEWA (Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales related to gas contracting projects

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing contractors and clients

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new contractors for upcoming projects

  • Coordinate with internal technical and project teams

  • Support bidding, quotations, and project acquisition activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction-related sales (MEP / HVAC / Fire & Safety preferred)

  • Strong network with contractors and consultants in the UAE

  • Good communication and relationship-management skills

  • Familiarity with SEWA projects is an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience in a competitive industry, showcasing a track record of exceeding targets.

  • Sales certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar credentials are highly regarded.

  • Experience in the technology or software sector is a significant advantage, given the complexity of the products.
