Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily field visits to companies, contractors, workshops, and project sites

  • Present and explain the company’s new B2B mobile application to business owners

  • Register companies and onboard them onto the platform

  • Generate new leads, clients, and projects for both the mobile app and metal fabrication services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients

  • Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and sales opportunities

  • Achieve monthly sales and registration targets

  • Coordinate with the office team for quotations, contracts, and customer requirements

  • Assist in basic recruitment coordination (contacting workers and arranging interviews when required)

  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor information

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have UAE driving license (mandatory)

  • Minimum 2 years of field / outdoor sales or business development experience

  • Experience visiting companies, contractors, or project sites

  • Confident in face-to-face client meetings and presentations

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Able to work independently outdoors most of the time (70% field work)

  • Target-driven and results-oriented personality

  • Languages required: English and Urdu/Hindi

  • Basic Arabic is an advantage

  • Experience in industrial, construction, contracting, or fabrication sectors is preferred

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, quotations)
