Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Achieve monthly and quarterly volume, distribution, and coverage targets
  • Execute daily market visits across assigned routes and outlets
  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and execution excellence at the point of sale
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Coordinate with the sales supervisor and back-office teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Submit accurate daily reports, including stock status and order follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies, achieving volume targets, and building long-term relationships with customers across assigned territories and channels.


  • 2+ years of experience in FMCG or similar industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented
