Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and identify their needs through professional consultation
- Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance benefits
- Promote dealership services at the point of sale, including registration, insurance, and after-sales services
- Recommend optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer value
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management
- Prepare and present quotations, pricing structures, discounts, and financing options
- Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle models and availability
- Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper and relevant departments
- Work closely with Customer Relations (Sales) for registration and insurance processing
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversion
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales or Branch Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s Degree
Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within an automotive dealership environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential
Technical Skills: Computer literate (MS Office and dealership systems knowledge preferred)
Core Competencies: Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused with strong follow-up discipline
Professional presentation and product knowledge
