Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and identify their needs through professional consultation
  • Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance benefits
  • Promote dealership services at the point of sale, including registration, insurance, and after-sales services
  • Recommend optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer value
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by management
  • Prepare and present quotations, pricing structures, discounts, and financing options
  • Advise customers on current and upcoming vehicle models and availability
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper and relevant departments
  • Work closely with Customer Relations (Sales) for registration and insurance processing
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversion
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales or Branch Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s Degree

Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within an automotive dealership environment

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential

Technical Skills: Computer literate (MS Office and dealership systems knowledge preferred)

Core Competencies: Strong negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Customer-focused with strong follow-up discipline

Professional presentation and product knowledge
