Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and identify their needs and preferences.
- Present and explain product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Recommend suitable optional items and additional purchases to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the Sales Manager/General Manager.
- Prepare quotations, compute pricing, and apply approved discounts where applicable.
- Advise customers regarding current and upcoming jewellery collections and product availability.
- Monitor and report competitors activities and market trends to management.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally in coordination with the Sales Manager/General Manager.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Ensure showroom presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Sales Manager/General Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within a high-profile jewellery or luxury retail environment.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and customer-focused attitude.
