ABOUT THE JOB

Ensure the optimal rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer

Prepare rental agreements while advising and up-selling vehicles and optional extras according to customer needs

Meet all sales and service standards

Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations

Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely

Use company-approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs

Complete administrative tasks including daily lists to assist the branch

Communicate via telephone and email in a friendly and helpful manner

Assist branch with returning and turnaround of vehicles as needed

Perform other job duties as assigned to meet business needs

Handle all sales and customer support related questions for customers and partners

Ensure call resolution in a timely manner while maintaining high quality support with every customer interaction

Ensure return date and time on rental agreements are accurate

Handle advanced roadside cases, including mechanical breakdowns, accidents (vehicle un-drivable), and long-distance tows over 100 miles

Answer customer emails in a timely and professional manner

Handle simple escalated roadside cases

Contact clients interested in procuring automobiles to offer sales deals

Maintain a list of new/existing customers and communicate with them to discuss business opportunities

Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and increase generated revenue

Interact with customers to identify requirements and assist in selecting cars that meet their specifications

Oversee processing of client orders to ensure timely delivery of purchased units

Process requests from customers who wish to part-exchange their current car for a new one

Conduct inspection of automobiles to ensure they are in good condition

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred

2-3 years of experience in car rental, sales, or business development, with a proven track record of meeting targets

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM software and, in some cases, knowledge of luxury car brands

A valid UAE driving license
