Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and establish a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Engage with clients through personalized presentations and product demonstrations to highlight unique selling propositions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities and leverage leads generated from campaigns.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and provide accurate forecasting reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position products and services.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional relationships and market presence.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to build a high-performing team and foster a culture of achievement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in a competitive industry, showcasing a track record of exceeding targets.
- Sales certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar credentials are highly regarded.
- Experience in the technology or software sector is a significant advantage, given the complexity of the products.
