Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the logistics sector, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets for logistics services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the company's value proposition and competitive advantages.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in logistics principles.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the logistics industry, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong understanding of various logistics modes (e.g., sea, air, land) and related services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs brokerage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
