Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
Meet prospective clients and promote Export & Import Sea Freight services.
Bring in business through existing customer base and market references.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry contacts.
Achieve assigned sales targets through consistent field sales efforts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in pure freight forwarding (UAE experience mandatory).
Must have genuine and active customers for Export / Import Sea Freight.
Strong UAE market network with proven sales performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing personality with a client-centric approach.
Good knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, and supply chain operations.
