Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, generate, and pursue new sales leads within the architectural, construction, fit-out, and civil contracting sectors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Understand project requirements, review mechanical design and fabrication drawings, and propose suitable metalwork solutions that meet client specifications.

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, quotations, and technical proposals.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to successfully close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the feasibility and timely execution of projects.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and strategies.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports as per company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, including Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium works.

  • Sound technical knowledge of mechanical design drawings and ability to interpret fabrication details.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets within the metal fabrication or construction industry.
