We are Hiring Telesales Executive in Dubai, UAE ★Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services over the phone, generating qualified leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities • Contact potential and existing customers through outbound calls to promote company products and services. • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or offers. • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities in CRM. • Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with clients. • Achieve individual and team sales targets. • Handle customer objections and provide excellent after-sales support. • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize conversion rates. Requirements • Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or customer service experience (UAE experience preferred). • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus. • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality. • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems). • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
